My Masked material renders correctly in the material preview, but when I apply it to mesh inside viewport, it simply doesn’t render and displays default Unreal material. As can be seen in the images.
Hello !
That’s weird, can you look inside the Mesh Editor how many materials slots have and look that you are applying the material to the correct slot?
If you select “Highlight” it will show you exactly what part of the mesh is using that material slot.

I hope it helps you!
Hey there, Nanites don’t support masked materials or vertex paint. That was the issue. Waiting for 5.1 version ![]()
