Masked Material I think. I need help

I really need help, I got this kind of material rendered, I imported RE2 map to UDK in .fbx format and this is what happens,


Same happens with glass, It’s not transparent, and tires on car, Instead of circluar shape it’s block-like shape
How to fix this, Did I mess up something in UDK (or I have to do something in UDK to fix that) or I had to do something in 3ds max when exporting. Please say you know what’s the cause of this and help! D:
