Marvelous Designer posed cloth sim to Metahuman?

I have been creating custom posed animations for Metahuman using Maya. The animations work flawlessly.
I wonder what would be the easiest way to get several key poses (can be static) from Marvelous Designer to Unreal and implement them on MH?
No matter how perfect the skinning of the clothes is it wont look nearly as good as sim from MD for those poses.
As I don’t plant to animate at this point, simply exporting the clothes meshes and placing them on top of the matching poses in sequencer could work.
But this isn’t very good way for obvious reasons, for example no animation can be done etc.

I suppose there could be a way to use blend shapes in Maya for this? I can create blend shapes in maya from deformed meshes, but I have no idea how these could be imported and used in UE.
