I would like to ask if it is neccessary for me to have TIN. I really would like to sell on marketplace, however getting legal business license just because of marketplace is not good way. Is it possible to sell even when I don’t have TIN? Maybe epic can pay taxes from my content automatically, so I will not need TIN.

It sounds like your concern is that you would have to get a legal business license to provide a TIN? Is that correct? There are two different types of TIN’s for non-US individuals. If you are just an individual, and not a business, you can provide an Individual TIN instead. Let me know if that helps or if you have any other questions.
