Marketplace support. No answer for a "changes needed question". Cant understand what to do.

Hi all. Trying to publish new asset pack.
Stacked with 2 questions at changes needed phase:

Firstly i made screens from project where my assets where used. And i got this. Ok, I made screenshots from original project uploaded to marketplace. And I still got this. What i have to do? No answer from support.

The project was made in 5.3. What do they want from me???

For the best results, you you will need to reply to the email that you received the pdf in asking for more clarification on what to fix. If that does not work, write in your question to Unreal Engine Marketplace support.

Thank you for the reply. I wrote 3 times. And the answer for question 5.3 - no answer.
For screenshots - “Replace it with images of the actual product”. But it is the actual product.
May be please share a support e-mail? cant find it myself (
