Marketplace Support: Guideline Issues

A marketplace submission for a video player was recently rejected citing the Movies folder with a wrong path, and citing legal reasons for included files.

The marketplace support is not responding to emails.

The following circumstances divert from the Epic Games marketplace guidelines, and need to be communicated to the support team. I am happy to discuss this via email or pm.

The Movies folder needs to be placed in the /Content folder Play A Video File In Unreal Engine | Unreal Engine 5.4 Documentation | Epic Developer Community

The cited legal issues for included files failed to understand that those files are streamed, are not part of the project.

If there is a better way to communicate to the marketplace support please let me know.

Submitted again, now only with Epic Games content and noted in the text the required folder structure.
