Marketplace support don't answer.

Hi,

I have issue with payout and I wrote to support… then I wrote again, and again.
On passed week I sent three emails and don’t receive an answer.
Earlier support works fine, they answer in 24-48 hours.

Somebody know how to connect with support in different way?

I’m sorry about the delay in getting back to you. There was a bug with your tickets and we weren’t seeing them. We’re aware of your situation now and we’re working to fix it for you, as well as avoid tickets getting lost in the future.
