Marketplace submission - no response for over a month

Hi,

My Marketplace submission process story:

On 2015-01-06 received an email from Jon Jones where he states that package looks ok, but please change this and that. Day after that I responded.

Since then I have received no answer form Jon or any other staff member. Last week I’ve sent kind reminder.
That’s very confusing so my question is: is everthing ok with my submission? Is it normal that there is no response for over a month? Marketplace submit ticket no: 16209. “Epic games” submit ticket no: 44716.

Hi Tomek - thanks for letting us know about this.

Our team typically responds to email within 1-2 days. However, we were a little backed up after the holiday break.

We should be back on top of things now. You can usually expect an email from the team at most 1 week from your reply. If not, please do as you’ve done here or email directly to marketplace@unrealengine.com.

I’ll make sure you get a response asap.
