Marketplace Refund Acknowledgement- Lack of

Two weeks ago I submitted a refund request to Epic using the official channel.
I have received no confirmation of receipt, or any communication of any kind.

Just a simple, “Request recieved and is being investigated” notification would be sufficient,
As it is I am left wondering if I have submitted correctly.

Hi, I received no acknowledgement so I emailed MP Support which replied and progress is now being made.
