Marketplace problem!

Hey there,

Branch: Binary

Build Version: 4.4.3.-2296771

Repro Steps:

  1. Purchased an item from the unreal engine marketplace (Modular cliff and rock set by D.G. Artwork for 10$)
  2. Attempted to download the item, however, it says “syncing”, and has been for the past few hours.
  3. I even have a receipt that was sent to me by email, confirming the payment and thanking me for purchasing the product.
  4. I re install the engine!
  5. Sign in.
  6. Modular cliff and rock set asset has completely disappeared from the marketplace! I can’t find it anywhere… so yeah, please help!

We are looking into this issue. Could you post your ‘Verbose Logs’ from the Launcher, the directions on how to get them are in the link below.
