Trying to get resolution here, i purchased modular roads and street signs they did not show up in my vault and i was double charged for them. I need these assets and just want a refund for the double charge if anyone at epic is here i do have a case number they can reference. I’ve submitted cases several times and haven’t gotten a response its been 4 days already.
I make purchases with frequency and this sort of thing never happened and the marketplace are probably not only looking into this, but also trying to figure how this happened so they can fix it and this would also requires them to contact Paypal or CC companies involved to further investigate. Keep e-mailing the marketplace support as you did, because this sort of issue won’t get resolved inside the forum, but with e-mails between you and them.
