Marketplace : Error code E200-0

I keep getting an error code E200-0 when trying to buy a specific product on the marketplace through the launcher.

Any help appreciated.

I wanted to buy yesterday the master Paragon pack to play on the 18th march but I can’t buy it and I have this error (E200-0).

So I won’t buy it and won’t play it.
