marketplace customer license on legal form change

Situation:

  • 2 people are developing a game in a business partnership (e.g. German GbR)
  • several asset licenses where bought through the marketplace and are part of the game

Question:

  1. What happens with the licenses, if the business partnership is converted (not sold/bought) to another legal form (e.g. a capital company / German GmbH) and the game (including the assets) is sold under the new legal form?
  2. What happens with the licenses, if this capital company is bought by another company?

I tried. It’s always showing that I’m not signed in. Whenever I try (Chrome, MS Edge), I get the error: “There was an error contacting the remote service”.
