Marketplace Asset Sharing With a Team

So, I am a member of a dev team working on a game. We have a main programmer, and about 4 other people (Including me) so far who actually work in Unreal itself for the game. We also have a Github repository setup, etc.

Recently our programmer, who owns the asset SetupUEr plugin, which costs about 15 dollars on the marketplace. He imported that into the project to use. When the changes were made in the repository we all got the error: “Missing SetupUEr Plugin” “This project requires the setupUEr plugin”, and asked for us to each download it on the marketplace. Which would mean we’d all have to fork out over a 100 dollars, and considering this project is low budget right now, we don’t really want to do that. We were able to load up the project by clicking no on the first dialogue box, and yes on the next popup which asked us if we wanted to ignore the file. So now we are able to load up the project, just we don’t have access to that asset in the project.

This isn’t a big deal because this asset is really only something that our programmer needs to use anyway, but if we were to buy Assets for props, etc. this could be much more of a problem. Do we all need to purchase the same asset individually? Or are we able to somehow share this asset so that we all can use it solely within the project? What is Unreal’s Licensing for this kind of situation?

I want to make sure we are following all of Unreal’s Guidelines with this stuff, and a search online didn’t bring up too much helpful information.

if a game company buys a set of assets they don’t re-purchase it for each 200 members!
