Marketplace Animation Maya Pipeline


I’m planning to put some charracter animations on market. I read Marketplace FAQ and Guidelines but still not clear about pipeline. I’m using Maya. Should I just open Mannequin in maya, working on animation and when its done, export it as fbx and put it in asset in UE4? Or any other suggestions on that?
If I cant find answer I think I will buy one package from market and try to figure it out by study on it.

Yes, you should work on Mannequin (the new one, do not delete any bone or IK transform in Maya); then import in UE4, test with the default Third Person project template and check that all animations are working…

shoult I start and finish animation with “T” pose like mocap data?
