I’ve had a bug since Christmas that I can’t add a new payment method to my main account. I’ve had to set up a secondary account to continue purchasing things. Every time I try, it says to contact support.
I’ve created 3 tickets (December, January, and February) for this, and had no response other than the automated to any. They are not going to junk mail, they are just not being replied to.
There is no other way to contact that I can find.
Even just a human response of “This is taking longer than anticipated, we are looking into it” or “Please provide more info” or even “We aren’t actually ignoring you, honestly” would be better
