Marketplace accept submissions from Brazil ? And what type of payment method is current supported by Epic when submited content is sold ? Do you accept PayPal ?

Yes, we do accept submission from Brazil and we do accept PayPal. You may use PayPal or your bank to accept payments. For any submissions to reach our review, you will need to submit your pack at https://www.unrealengine.com/marketplace/submissions.
