We have some issues with our game stuttering on certain maps when being packaged (not all tho, so we have troubles to track it down).
They appeared after the warnings of some meshes (something with LOD and landscape I think; it is already months ago) got resolved while also textures got scaled down.
The maps work fine when being played via standalone, but after being packaged the maps seem to cause an insane cpu load while the graphics card load actually sinks to a low compared to other maps which work perfectly fine with quite low CPU, but high GPU usage.
We are using ue 4.19.2
I recorded a video which shows the game launched as standalone first, then after being packaged and a different map which works in the packaged game.
The video also contains some stat overlays (for me the shadow part looks fishy if I compare both videos). Sadly I don’t know how to interprete those values.

I also checked the game stats but they are roughly the same on every map.
Does anyone have a clue what causes this stuff or what might be the reason?
