I’ve been dealing with the exact same issue!! Around the same time as this post I got an email saying my map was calibrating, even though I hadn’t pushed an update at all. It was able to finish calibrating in less than a day with low player numbers before but now removing accolades and even getting boosted in discovery won’t get it to finish calibrating after weeks of waiting.
