Maps dont load in Fortnite although publishes

Summary

I have published 2 maps the last days and the got publishes without problems. While trying to backtest them i found the maps through the Fortnite Lobby but dont find a game. It just loads for 15-20 seconds and than gives me the error: Matchmaking error (1). Can anybody help ?

Just go on the map FINAL DRAW or BALLISTIC DEATHMATCH from solonex

Expected Result

I want to just load normaly in to a game of the map i made

Observed Result

loading for 15 seconds and error: Matchmakign error ( 1 ) even after retrying it, restarting fortnite and even republishing the maps

Hi @solonex2000 , very unfortunate to hear that you are running into this problem.
We are also running into the same issue regarding matchmaking.

We have noticed, once a lobby has 5 players, every other player trying to join this lobby will get the matchmaking error.

Can you kindly answer the following:

1. Can you play with < 5 players in a public match
2. Can you play in a private match (party only)
3. Can you also kindly share your island settings, the Max Players, Teams, Teams Size. (E.g. do you use Free for all, team index etc)
