My company do aerial surveys with drones. I’m the technical director and the GIS guy at Hovercam… as well as the VP 
I’m a Photoscan and PIX4D user since 2 years now, using the one that meet our need.
downloaded and tried to test… never been able to mark GCPs. Not really easy to go trough the workflow. It looks a bit like Corellator from SimActive
Is there any turotial out there? IM really interested to compare the results of other jobs we did and where we need really high accuracy.

we had longer tutorial on the GIS workflows but the UI and some part of the workflows changed so we put it offline.
where you stuck with the GCPs ?
take a look on the ControlPoints placement on this short video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d8naLEtLqDY
and then can change the TIE point to GROUND CONTROL (or GROUND TEST ) point when you click on their names, can change weight and other stuff related to GIS use.
For the projections need at least 3 projections per point. Not need to mark on every image like in other solutions.

but the tutorial does not help anymore. I only want to test orthophotos and DSM using RTK level GCPs
still can’t do anything.
Advise me when you’ll have a working version where I can use it to render orthophotos and DSM.
