Map isn't being included in packaged build

One of our maps isn’t being loaded when we package the project. Since the map is the basis for other maps, it just results in a black void. We don’t have any C++ present in our project and the maps are streamed in once the payer reaches a certain trigger.

The map itself is pretty normal, it has a few videos but it’s mostly a static scene. We’ve also included all the maps in the maps to cook section under package settings, AND the map also loads fine in editor.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Have you set the map to be the default map when the game starts?
