I am not an expert on reading logs, but it seems like garbage collection and clean-up are failing and crashing.
There is a repeated error “Both real item and replicated copy of item XXXXXXXX are dirty! Something is wrong!” This leads me to believe that whatever you are doing to the weapons is putting the code into a dirty state, which is causing a crash during garbage collection.

Something to note: garbage collection can feel “random,” which can make crashes feel even more random.
