map getting rejected all of a sudden for inauthentic lobby background?

I have published my map multiple times and I’ve never had an issue but now all of a sudden it is getting rejected for inauthentic lobby background.
The map is a boxfight map and the lobby background is a literal screen shot from inside the map with text over it stating that it’s a boxfight map.
I have no idea why it is being rejected.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

My guess is it’s being rejected for the rule:

It cannot contain any text, explicit or otherwise.
