So the map I’ve been working on for Ark is done and works completely fine in the editor but if I try it in game it has this weird issue. It splits all of the levels into different maps and if you try to play any of them it acts like its loading for few seconds and then kicks you out to the main menu. I’m not really sure what went wrong in either the cooking or updating process. I’ve looked around and can’t find anything on this particular issue. Does anyone one know how to fix this or have any suggestions that they think might work?
Each sublevel is supposed to be it’s own map. It works by loading each sublevel on top of your main persistent level. The persistent level should be the main level the game tries to load and the rest should follow. Do you have world composition activated in the world settings?
If you are still having issues you can send me the level and I can take a look at it.
Ok I figured it out. Making a new folder with a new persistent level in it and copying over my sub levels seems to have fixed whatever problem was keeping them from loading properly. Thanks Nanobot for your help since it let me at least narrow down the problem to my persistent level.
