Map does not load and players are floating in mid air

Summary At times its possible to have the game load, but without assets. Never seen something like this before in UEFN. Characters are able to play, but only them are visible, same for weapons, other than that We only can see the sky box. Every Verse device and volume works, the only thing is that assets are not there, no trees, doors, floors, or even colelctables like coins, like there were invisible.
