Many of the links in Verse documentation are broken

These images show that there is a broken link in the heading “Next Steps”, but the same link in the Table of Contents on the left is working fine.
This a pattern for many (if not all) of the Verse documentation pages and links, where some links are broken or outdated in the document itself, but the Table of Contents links work fine.
