Mannequin retarget to Metahuman

I’m following this article on retargeting Mannequin animation to Metahumans but am getting a glitchy result. I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. I’m assuming it is a bug because the issue doesn’t exist with idle animation. I’m using 5.0.3 on an Apple M1 Mac if that matters.

If you can’t see the video the shoes, hands, and ankles (mesh) do no move with the head, torso, and legs when locomoting.
