Mannequin movement from 3d points

Good morning,

i’m a newbye of the unreal engine, and i hope you can help me.
I’ll tell you a little bit about what i’d like to do. I have filmed a man, putting some markers on him, and then i have calculated some 3D points from them.
The thing that now id’ like to do now is the following:
is it possibile to create a mannequin with UE4 and put the 3D values to creare the right shape of the backbone, and then create a sort of animation updating the shape of the mannequin with the new points? The values are stored in a Txt.
Because i have tried to goggle, but i haven’t found a clear answer.
