im not sure if this is the correct place to ask my question, if im wrong for that im sorry.
well i bought a game named ‘‘Maneater’’ on the epic store and when i click on it to play my screen goes black for a few seconds and an unreal engine crash report appears. i asked epic games support and they don’t see what the problem is, so they send me to the unreal support, but i don’t know if its here.
so… its been a week since i bought it, and i wanna play.
pls, help.
