Making skeletal mesh physics more rigid

Hi!
My skeletal mesh (flexible rod) consists of ~200 segments and 30 bones.
In the Physics asset all constrains between bones are locked (linear and angular limits) - as on the picture.
When I take it playing the level - it behaves like a rope rather then rod. How do I increase rigidity? Applying linear/angular damping on bones just makes it a “slow rope”.
