Making realtime radiosity in Unreal Engine 4?

Hello. I am trying to create a first person horror game in Unreal Engine where the player walks around with a flashlight. I would like to have realtime radiosity or light bouncing whatever the term is with that flashlight. An example of something I would like to create is this video CATHODE Realtime Radiosity - YouTube , and the image attached (not mine, but it conveys the point). These are from Alien Isolation’s Cathode Engine, and it uses light probes. Any tips on how I could create this? The reason I am going for this is because I recall seeing some marketplace addon that does this does this exact thing.
