Making Actor play a Flinch animation on taking damage

Hi guys, im trying to get my actors to play a flinch animation when they lose health. At the moment I only seem to be able to set it up so that it either plays the animation on the first time that it gets hit, or it randomly decides to play it on every other hit that it takes. Once the actor has no health I want it to play a death function i created so that it plays the death animation then deletes actor.

I am using a line trace to deal the damage. Pics down below:
