Making a game compatible with "old" phones

Hello everyone!
I’m trying to set pipline ue project → android game app. My goal is to players with old hardware be able to play the game, like 3gb ram and android 10 or something. I have programming experience, but i’m new to ue, android os, android ecosystem, game development. My question there is a way to set up 5.3 project for my purposes or i have to use older versions? If there is a way, how compliceted it is to set up.
P.s i started my project development from delivery problem to avoid lot of refactory work.
Sorry for bad english.

For on a budget mobile devices, really try Godot.

Problem with unreal is that while scalable, it produces huge (for old phones) install files, did not checked recently but in 4.2 or so it was 100mb for just smallest empty app. All while maximum size of app was 120mb.
