Hello! I’m The Doctor and I’m trying to make a Doctor Who RPG. Now, I’m not gonna lie… I just started using Unreal Engine 4… However, I have had experience, in the past, making games. Not very good ones but, they’re still games, I guess. In this Doctor Who RPG, I wanted to add elements like T.A.R.D.I.S flight, Story Telling, Regeneration, etc. Not a lot of those on the list are problems except the regeneration. I’m not a character modeler, I’ve always done world modeling, and I wouldn’t mind if people could help me out with trying to establish a character creation system and regeneration.
