Make the Foliage Tool useful!

I’m a tech artist and level technician. I normally don’t paint foliage myself but I have to curate and maintain assets and you are giving me the hardest time with this absolute mess of a UI…

Why can’t I select a foliage asset in the viewport and then simply find the asset in the Foliage Asset list? (I know Studio Wildcard coded an extra button in there for that exact purpose since 4.7, so why does Epic Games not have one???)

Why can’t I increase the size of the Asset panel? …Seriously? Why do I even have to adress this? Have you ever worked with 10+ assets? Like in a real production environment?

Why does the List view in the Asset panel not look like in the Content Browser? (with thumbnails and thumbnail size option)

Why is this tool just a big useless oversight?

I know we are steering towards procedural foliage and I’m already heavily using PCG myself.

But can you please just stop being Adobe for a second and fix old things before you start throwing all the new things at us?

Some of us (in the real production world) still need to use “ye olde” tools to finish a friggin’ project!
