Why is the lowest Effect Duration for the Movement Modifier 3.0 ??? It goes up to 600 in 0.25 increments, why not include every value up to 0.0? I get that numerically stable increments of 0.25 are preferable, even though they are not that fine. But I do not understand why the values of 0.0-2.75 are not included. Makes no sense to me and I need those values.
