Make cable swing slower in-flight

and you might need to enable “Enable Stiffness”


I put 3 cable components as tentacles on a flying object. It is flying around at high speeds in zero gravity, but the cables are bouncing and slapping back and forth too wildly. I tried putting cable X force positive and negative, still bouncing abnormally fast. I’m trying to make it smoother in-flight.

How can I make them stay behind the mesh and move more slowly and firmly when flying in different directions?
