Major (UX) - Searching for an actor, then removing the filter makes it go away (outliner)

In every software that I ve used (except Windows, not sure why we are using that OS still but anyway), searching for something then removing the filter after you select it allows you to find the position of that result. Would love to be able to do that in the outliner, so we can see where that actor is located and what it contains for attached actors. Here is what happens correctly:

Hi Wertandrew, If understand correctly, you want to:

  1. Search the outliner for an actor
  2. Select that actor
  3. Clear filter
  4. View the selected actor in the outliner hierarchy

If that’s the case, this should be working. We have a pattern for this in UE and UEFN.

Thats correct, that’s what I want to do. Maybe it works on the newest build? This is where I tested

I think this is working as expected in the most recent release of UEFN, just tested it.
