[Major] Players cannot demolish the Rocket Racing car

Summary

It appears that players cannot demolish the rocket racing car (vehicle_spawner_rocketracing_device) anymore. This behavior persists with the keyboard on PC, PlayStation controller on PC, Nintendo Switch JoyCons and the Switch 2 Pro controller.

Steps to Reproduce

  • Start a UEFN session
  • Place a rocket racing car spawner and spawn the car
  • Enter the car
  • Press the down arrow key which is supposed to demolish the car

Expected Result

The car should demolish / self destruct.

Observed Result

Nothing is happening.

Platform(s)

UEFN (v36.20), Nintendo Switch 2, PC and probably other platforms

FORT-937526 has been created and its status is ‘Unconfirmed’. This is now in a queue to be reproduced and confirmed.

I also can confirm. Please note this is for islands that allow you to exit the rocket racing vehicle. This is not for Rocket Racing only islands, or anything you find under the rocket racing discover category.
