I’d like to attach some images but I can’t. Anyways, when I click on a private snippet it says “This snippet is Personal and is not visible to the public. To make it accessible to others, switch its type to Advanced”. Everyone can see it though.
Hey there @Probezeit and @game-maker! Thanks for the report! Definitely looks like private snippets aren’t being hidden appropriately. I’ll see if I can get this passed to the correct team.
The banner was incorrect in stating Personal Snippets were not visible to the public. All snippets are ultimately discoverable in the Snippet Repository, as you mentioned, with the “Show personal” filter. They are filtered out by default, as it’s assumed they’re not necessarily structured for use by other users unlike an Advanced snippet.
