Macwelshman - Dexter Horton Building

The Dexter Horton building is a landmark office building in the Central Business District of Seattle and was named after the founder of Seattle’s first bank.

Designed by John Graham & Associates, it opened in 1924 and was considered one of the most advanced in the country. The property received landmark status in 1992 and underwent major renovations in 2002.

The 15-floor mid-rise building has a total floor area of 307,000 square metres.

The textures have been created in Substance Painter and Designer specifcally for this model to give it a high quality, realistic look.
