Hello, I have an issue with mouse pointer offset in Twinmotion 2023 on a MacBook Pro 14-inch M3 Max. Do you have a solution? Thank you for your help
maybe there is a mismatch with the UI scale.
go in edit/preferences/appareance (last tab)
play with the interface scale value
I faced that same problem three months ago. I watched so many videos and had too many failures. then found a solution, so try that same solution if that helps you to fix your MacBook Pro 14.
First, reconfigure the System Management Controller, which is usually recommended for troubleshooting hardware-associated problems on the MacBook.
Here’s what you need to do:
- Turn off your MacBook Pro: First, turn off your MacBook Pro completely.
- Connect the power adapter: Plug the power adapter into your MacBook Pro.
- Reset the SMC:
- For MacBook Pro models with Apple T2 Security Chip (2018 and later):
- Press and hold the electricity button for 10 seconds.
- Release the strength button, then wait some seconds.
- Press the energy button once more to turn on your MacBook Pro.
- For MacBook Pro models without the Apple T2 Security Chip (2017 and earlier):
- Press and preserve the Shift, Control, Option keys on the left aspect of the integrated keyboard, then press the Power button simultaneously. Hold these keys and the power button for 10 seconds.
- Release all keys and electricity buttons.
- Press the strength button again to turn on your MacBook Pro.
- Wait for startup: Reconfigure the SMC to let your MacBook Pro start up usually. After it crashes, take a look at to peer if the mouse pointer offset trouble is resolved.
Would this SMC problem not effect the entire system rather than just one piece of software? When you were having this issue was the pointer working well in other software?
