Some of the basics need attention. Windowing is the biggest issue. No other software has so many problems in this area. I have noted the following are still compiled for Intel. UE4EditorServices looks kinda important. I have to reload the window layout to reset whatever background processes that have gone awry and dominate the cpu sharing.

This results in a repeating momentary frozen instance where the Finder ui input, view updates, etc., pause for a second or so and then back to normal.
