Lyra localization conflict

There is a red X in Conflict Status row, click it will open a log file, context in bellow , how to fix this?

Did you ever resolve this? I am trying to work with a default lyra project to look at localisation workflows and the gather fails straight from install.

Have anyone figured a solution for the following or why is there a conflict in the first place?

open Localization Dashboard, click Gather Text button, the generated log contains Error:
LogGatherTextFromAssetsCommandlet: Error: Failed to find a collection with name “Audit_InCook”, collection does not exist.

solutions:
make Localization Dashboard still open, find the position: Gather Text->Gather from Packages->Collections, remove Audit_InCook. Then click Gather Text button again, everything is fine.
