Lumion still produces more beautiful architectural renders than TwinMotion and will be added with Ray tracing soon:

I really hope TwinMotion doesn't fall behind in the competition....
Architectural users need not only interior, but also beautiful exterior renderings....
Thats a major update to Lumion... Lets hope TM has a 2023 plan, but I imagine they are still wanting users to jump into UE5 and not stay in TM....
Hence why they most likely wont have Ray Tracing for twinmotion.
I hope TwinMotion will have the UE 5 quality, including LUMEN:

Currently Path Tracer is a great realistic rendering method and includes Ray Tracing technology:

We also have a way for you to take you scene into Unreal Engine and take advantages of the newer Lumen/Nanite technology until we can take advantage of this into Twinmotion.
