But is that translucency option the only option to prevent an object to obscure the polygons behind it ? I’m guessing the engine has to have other options too.

And since the “tree” causes the disappearance of the polygons behind it - as you can see in the picture - and this is the main cause for causing those smearing and the redrawing of shadows, I wonder if one could grow inward the margins of the object-tree - so by the time the tree moves into a new position, the shadows have already finished redrawing ?
Like in the next picture, I’m not sure if it’s clear what I’m saying, it’s not very well phrased.
The tree will still optimize the objects behind it, and will make the polygons disappear, but not starting quite right on the edges.
