Ludooviz - the Cliffhouse 3D model

Here you can find a scene developed in UE5 containing the iconic Cliff House by MacKay-Lyons Sweetapple Architects, located in Nova Scotia and winner of several awards. It has been modeled based on the actual drawings and schematics of the real house. Elements such as the stove, lamps, and chimneys have also been created using reference photos of their real-life counterparts. The base landscape is included as well: developed with Gaea and converted into a heightmap—no material has been applied, leaving you free to refine and customize it as you wish.

In addition to the 3D models, you’ll find a wide selection of photo-realistic materials and textures, personally crafted through a mix of photogrammetry and procedural techniques. I also ran multiple tests to create a dirty, dusty glass material that reacts to lighting—aimed at mimicking the effect of salty sea wind. You’ll find three slightly different versions of this “dirty glass” material included.

Finally, the package contains four blueprint-based lamps with basic logic for toggling lights on and off.
