I have deleted and reinstalled epic launcher and unreal engine 3times by now
what is going on; why can i not use this program
Yeh so, I can’t work with this program at all.
It takes an hour to load, it destroyed my pc.
Sick feeling having your excitement taken away.
It could be you missed some VS redistribution package.
Method One: Try install VS2022 and choose c++. related package will be installed .
Method Two: Try install a game developed by Unreal Engine. Related redistribution package will be installed as well.
I just had that happen, was running an Unreal Project launched via Visual Studio in the background, and then from the Epic Launcher tried to create a new (empty) project.
Exiting the Project running in the background, and then trying again worked.
