I have created a duplicate of LowEntryByteWriter and Reader in C#. This lets me write a game data server in C# and talk to it via. LowEntry network blueprint nodes and TCP/IP.
It is at GitHub - RMKeene/LowEntryNetworkCSharp and is free for all to use.
